Should have an exceptional cellar-life. A pre-decant is recommended to open the aromas. 14.7%
  • Olive Oil Notes

A fresh and flavoursome oil made from our Boongarrie Estate olive grove. Varieties primarily Manzanillo Cacerena, (making very floral, fruity oil), and smaller proportions of Penduleno and Kalamata adding flavour depth. Harvest was 9-11 June 2017 (a cool, late season), and Bovalina in Penfield Gardens did a beautiful job of pressing our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
