Description
Estate Syrah from the North Block — light sandy schist, picked early, fermented with whole bunches, aged in large old French oak.
Same grape as the Shiraz; a different wine. Lighter, finer tannin, more savoury. It has years in front of it yet. We are not making this again. Vegan.
