Description
Four hectares on the same hill, planted to Manzanillo, Pendolino and Kalamata. The 2026 fruit was picked in five lots between 19 May and 15 June, then pressed at Bovalina. Unfiltered, unfined. Vegan.
Generous and rich, with a little phenolic spice. Good with Sarah’s sourdough, tomatoes, a simple salad.
