Description
Estate Cabernet from the Bottom Block at Boongarrie. Violets and blackcurrant, fine tannin.
We only bottle it in the years the vines get enough water. In a hard drought it goes thin and the tannin splits, so those years it stays out of the range.
Eden Valley Cabernet is built to last. It will often outrun our Shiraz in the cellar. Vegan.

Appearance
Deep crimson with a dark core
Aroma
Ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and black cherries. Violets, panforte, dried herbs, tobacco, cedar and pastille.
Flavour
Fine-grained, granitic tannins with detailed red and dark berry fruits, oak gentle and supportive.
