Description
Kyffhäuser Vineyard, Flaxman Valley. Eastern face of Kaiser Stuhl, about 500 metres.
Pinot from a high, wetter ridge than our own hill. Nothing else in the blend.
The block used to be called Summers, when Grant Burge had it. We use the name John and James Lienert use.
Open-fermented, then fourteen months in second-fill French puncheons. Vegan.
