Description
2024 Pinot Noir
From mature vines at Summers Vineyard, high in Eden Valley off Tanunda Creek Road (505 m elevation). The slightly east-facing aspect and cooler site help retain aromatic intensity and natural acidity.
Open-fermented cool and aged 14 months in second-fill French oak puncheons. Medium-bodied with red and dark fruit. Minimal intervention; vegan-friendly. Drinking well now and will improve with time.
