Estate Shiraz from the House Block at Boongarrie — ironstone under deep red soil, vines raised from cuttings off Poonawatta’s 1880 Shiraz.
Night-harvested at first ripeness, small open fermenters, three years in new and seasoned fine-grained French oak.
