At Boongarrie Estate, olive trees include Manzanillo, which produces a fruity and floral oil, as well as Pendolino and Kalamata, which add complexity and depth to the oil.

Olives were harvested from the 6th of May 2025, and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil was pressed by Bovalina the next day.

Our Boongarrie Estate olive oil is a fruity and flavourful oil, made from our Estate's olive grove. It is unfiltered and unfined, and is suitable for vegan consumption.
