2021 Max & Me High Eden (Eden Valley, Barossa ranges) Pinot Noir is from a East-facing block overlooking the Eastern Eden Valley plateau range. These old-vine Pinot vines produce delicious grapes. Open fermentation and 11 months in French Oak puncheons has made a bright, crunchy-fruited Pinot, rdelicious now, but will age with grace.
